Thank you for visiting the Regency Centers web site (the "Site"). This page sets out the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") which will govern your use of the Site and compliance with these rules is a condition to your use of the Site. Our site permits submission of information from our tenants. In the event you are a tenant and submit information to us through our Site, all such submissions shall be governed under the terms and conditions of your Lease, as supplemented by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between your Lease and these Terms and Conditions, the terms of your Lease shall prevail. Nothing on our Site shall be deemed an offer to contract by Regency, and any submissions, proposals, requests or offers made by you through this Site, shall be binding on Regency Centers only to the extent Regency agrees in a separate written agreement.

Regency Centers makes various information available through its Site, including information relating to properties for sale and lease by and through Regency Centers. Site plans, maps, dimensions, photographs and other similar property related information are presented solely for the purpose of identifying the approximate locations, sizes and other dimensions of property and buildings. This information may be estimates of current conditions or conditions contemplated in the future by Regency Centers or other property owner. Building sizes, site dimensions, access and parking areas, existing tenant locations and identities are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of Regency Centers, other property owners or tenants. Unit numbers as indicated are not necessarily the actual suite numbers and are intended for use as a reference only.

Although Regency Centers attempts to ensure the integrity and accurateness of the Site, it makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Site. It is possible that the Site could include typographical errors, inaccuracies or other errors, and that unauthorized additions, deletions and alterations could be made to the Site by third parties.
